Updated both phpBB and PHP. We were 3 phpBB versions behind so sorry for that. I fixed some weird bug (that I probably caused) where if I updated PHP avatars stopped showing up.

Everything appears to be fine but if something breaks, let me know.

Some other behind-the-scenes work is being done in preparation for something very special coming soon...
