Just A Forum?

I've been thinking about the fact that literally no one ever uses the actual "website" portion of my website. I could probably find statistics somewhere on here but I know like 100% of people go straight for the forums. Should I just make the main website the forums?

On second thought... maybe you could merge them together? Like have the forums be the main section of the website without going through a link

Being able to browse animations and drawings on the same page as the forums basically

I've decided that I'm gonna do this, and everyone's going to be able to upload their own videos, and instead of posting in a thread on a forum, you post a "comment" on a video, and I'm also renaming the website to Youtube

I've always wanted to have a part of the website where people can upload their own flash animations (specifically flash animations!! and maybe videos.) and comment on them and stuff, because there's a significant lack of a dedicated flash animation space on the internet, other than newgrounds and sheezyart. But I lack literally all of the necessary programming skills, and I dont know anyone who can, so it stays in my head

I mean I have some dumb manual portal on my website that’s inspired by newground and other flash websites (like smosh, antitude, sticksuicide.) (it’s manual also because my site is hosted on a website that doesn’t allow php)

I considered doing a manual approach to it a couple years ago but in all fairness I just thought it wouldn't go very well. Tedious to run. If I wanna do something like that, I wanna do it the right way
