I will be honest - I want more members on the forums. I'd quite like for it to be a nice community space for everyone, artists, people who like my cartoons, and people who just want a place to talk. But right now we don't really have that many members.. and I'm not actually sure how to get any more. What do you, as the members, think would attract more people? What could I do to advertise the place more?

I'd say there wouldn't be many new members until after you can post again.
