"Remember Me" button in login screen not working

no matter if i press it or not, the site doesnt remember me /:
this has been an issue for all the forums nocaps hosted. going back to the jbforum days.
please fix it ):

It works for me...
Might be an HTTP/HTTPS problem? Are you on
